Quick answerWoodpecker sizes its email plans by emails sent each month, from 5,000 to 1,000,000, and adds a price per connected LinkedIn account on multichannel plans. Team members and email accounts are unlimited. Agencies add the Agency panel and White Label per active client. Amounts change with currency and billing toggle, so read the live page.
Woodpecker is likely to fit when

✓ Agencies running outbound for several client accounts that want one panel with a sub-account for each client

✓ Small B2B sales teams that want unlimited team members and connected mailboxes on every plan

✓ Teams that plan follow-up sequences with conditions, LinkedIn steps and manual call tasks

✓ Buyers who prefer plans sized by emails sent over plans priced for each seat

Important limitations

— Solo sellers emailing a short list, who may not need an agency panel

— Teams that want calls, SMS or WhatsApp built into the same tool

— Buyers who mainly need a large contact database

— Agencies that want the client to own and pay for the account

Woodpecker.co pricing: how the plans are built

Woodpecker's pricing page, read on November 1, 2026, shows four plan cards under the heading Transparent pricing for Cold Email and LinkedIn outreach. Email covers email outreach campaigns. Multichannel combines email and LinkedIn in one campaign and carries a Most popular label. LinkedIn covers LinkedIn outreach and automation on its own. Scale is a custom route for teams that need more emails or LinkedIn slots than the standard tiers, and it sends you to a sales call.

On the email plans a slider sets the monthly volume: 5,000, 50,000, 100,000, 250,000, 500,000 or 1,000,000 emails. The page says every email sent counts toward the limit, including follow-ups. A toggle switches between monthly and annual billing, and a selector offers a dozen currencies. Amounts move with those controls, so read them on the live page.

What every plan lists as included

  • Unlimited contacts storage and unlimited email verification.
  • Unlimited team members. The page contrasts this with tools that charge for every seat.
  • Unlimited connected email accounts at no extra fee, so the plan price is not set per mailbox.
  • A starting allowance of Lead Finder credits. Credits are spent across the app, for example to find an email address or view a lead.
  • A 14-day free trial with all features and no credit card, per the page headline.

Add-ons that change the bill

  • Lead Finder credits: extra packs, with the cost of each action listed. Previewing 10 companies uses 6 credits, finding an email uses 1.5 credits and validating an email uses 0.25 credits.
  • Mailboxes: email addresses created through Google or Microsoft, or through the partner providers the page names, are billed monthly for each address.
  • Domains: new and transferred domains are billed for each domain on annual billing, and the page calls the new-domain figure an approximation until you pick a name.
  • Servers and hosting: dedicated servers are billed for each server, and a separate fee applies for each domain hosted on Azure for Microsoft mailboxes.
  • LinkedIn: each connected LinkedIn account adds to outreach limits and to the plan price. The LinkedIn plan lists caps of up to 250 direct messages a day, 50 InMail messages a month, 30 connection requests a day and 500 profile visits a day.
  • Integrations: a monthly add-on covers API, webhooks, MCP and CLI use.
  • Workshops: a one-time outbound workshop series of four to ten two-hour sessions.

Agency cost: the per-client lines

Two lines matter for agencies. The Agency Panel add-on is billed monthly for each active client. The page says it gives every client a sub-account under one roof, roles and permissions for your team, view-only access for clients and bulk campaign actions. The White Label add-on is also billed monthly for each active client and lets clients view the app on your domain with your branding. The page text does not define what counts as an active client, so ask before you rely on a count.

A simple way to price one client: take that client's share of the plan, add the Agency panel line, add White Label if you use it, then add the mailboxes, domains and data credits you buy for that client. Divide the total by the meetings the client books in a month and you have a cost per booked meeting. The number belongs to your own volumes and results, not to any average.

Renewal, refund and downgrade terms

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle, monthly, annual or custom, and are canceled from the Billing section of the app.
  • The terms allow a refund request after a payment only when the account is unused, with no prospects processed and no messages sent, and they tie it to a three-day window after the payment.
  • Annual and pause plans are non-refundable. Payments for partner add-ons such as domains, mailboxes and Lead Finder are strictly non-refundable.
  • Upgrading charges the full difference at once. Downgrading keeps your current limits until the billing cycle ends, with no refund for the tier difference.

Read the live page before you decide

Open the pricing page from a United States view, pick the currency you pay in, then read it with the billing toggle on monthly and again on annual. Move the slider to the volume one client needs and note whether the Agency panel line changes with it. The FAQ states that plans do not upgrade on their own and that a campaign stops sending to new prospects at the limit.
